Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base, building strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales leads
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Attend networking sessions and participate in relevant events and trade shows


  • Required qualifications
    The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within the HoReCa sector and working with major retailers.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and engaging new customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently is a must, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands on approach.
  • A Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
