Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales leads
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Attend networking sessions and participate in relevant events and trade shows
- Required qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within the HoReCa sector and working with major retailers.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and engaging new customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently is a must, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands on approach.
- A Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
