Job Description;
• Development and execution of marketing strategies for Marketing portfolio with team members and marketing service providers aimed at optimizing the sales and profit contribution in ASEAN in line with company requirements and global strategies/plans.
• KOL management in the Lifestyle-related diseases and Sensory organ diseases in ASEAN.
• Planning and supervise appropriate internal meetings, to ensure strategy, key messages and tactics are understood and delivered.
• Development of staff, performance management, including the setting of objectives, reviews, Development plans and support.
• Coaching team members in skills and competencies necessary for high quality performance.
• Collaborating with Japanese HQ closely, update the sales /profit /marketing plan of each ASEAN country and trends of other pharmaceutical companies. (business communicate in Japanese is a must.)
• Negotiating with the distributors about contract terms for pricing, importing, Sales & Marketing and so on.
• Supporting development and management of key relationships with the distributors including CSO service.
• Managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficacy and productivity. In addition, developing and maintaining good relationships with distributors.
Requirements;
• A University level (bachelors) degree; Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical Research, or related field.
• English: Business level, Japanese: Preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Pharma business development, brand marketing, strategic marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Pharma Medical Representative in the Lifestyle-related diseases and Sensory organ diseases.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills are important to work across commercial teams
• Strong marketing communication knowledge and skills.
• Frequent business travel (mainly in ASEAN countries) is available.
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1 level) to liaise effectively through written business letters, business contract, conference/meeting, emails and phone calls with Japan HQ.
• This position only open to Singaporean and Permanent Resident.
