Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns, tailored to the target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure consistency in brand voice and tone
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating keywords and implementing best practices to improve organic search rankings
• Plan, create, and publish social media content that drives engagement, increases followers, and promotes brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Conceptualize and produce video content, including scripting, filming, and editing, to enhance storytelling and drive audience engagement
• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and images using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to support written content
• Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and provide reports to improve future content creation strategies
• Write, proofread, and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy to maintain a professional and cohesive brand message
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure content aligns with company goals and product offerings
• Maintain and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publishing of content in line with marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and multimedia content creation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and creative concepts clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
