Job Descriptions

• Answering calls professionally and providing timely service requests.

• Recording calls' details and updating information to respective managers.

• Maintaining knowledge of products, services and company policies.

• Following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent efficiency.

• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum "A" Levels and above.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• Knowledge of basic office equipment and filing systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Preferably with 2 years' experience in MCST/ Facilities Management environment

Working Hours :

• 5 or 6 Days work week.

• 12 hours per day.

• [OT will be compensated].
