Job Description:

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our team for an HDB project. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for updating the construction BIM models, incorporating changes made on-site, and preparing BIM deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Update construction BIM models with changes from coordination checks and as-built conditions.
• Prepare and submit BIM deliverables as outlined in the VEP or as required by project stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the as-built BIM.
• Collaborate with the VDC team to maintain model quality and standards.

Qualifications:

• Formal training in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification).
• Minimum 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering, or construction firm of a large project.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring software, specifically ArchiCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
