We are looking for a dynamic Service Executive to lead our team of Service and Claims Advisors. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and drive team performance while acting as the key link between customers and the workshop to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs and reporting.

Job Objectives:
  • Drive service revenue
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and drive performance of customer service teams

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and development of a team of Service Advisors, Claims Advisors and administrators
  • Ensure team delivers friendly and solution-focused customer experience
  • Oversee advisory process for vehicle service and repairs, ensuring timely coordination and clear communication with workshop team
  • Supervise claims advisory process, ensuring accurate and timely insurance reporting and body repair services
  • Monitor and drive team performance in sales generation from maintenance, repairs and value-added service offerings

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
  • Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
  • Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly
  • Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player
