- Oversee and monitor the operations of Production Team including planning and review of work process for execution of production works.
- Plan and review manpower strength and competencies for current and potential new tasks.
- Identify training and development needs for production personnel.
- Manage inventory, ensuring stock replenishment for new projects or urgent work orders.
- Monitor car park system deployment movements and oversee work planning, execution, and delivery per sales order requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to address work challenges and monitor performance in planning, quality, and deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, identifying and improving safety hazards as at workplace and establish awareness of work hazards.
- Check and approve the Goods Issue Note (GIN) prepared by Production Technician for each project.
- For private/commercial projects, finalize equipment lists and oversee production planning and system testing based on urgency/deadlines of service delivery.
- For government projects, monitor preparation phases, equipment deployment, and inventory levels to support work volume.
