Lico Resources is partnering with a leading global financial institution renowned for its expertise in foreign exchange and interest rate markets. We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Director, FX & Rates Sales to join their Global Markets team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients, providing tailored FX and Rates solutions.
• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
• Execute FX and Rates transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.
• Collaborate with traders, structurers, and research teams to deliver market insights and customised solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities by expanding the client base and deepening existing relationships.
• Monitor market developments, trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in FX and Rates Sales within a banking or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of FX and Rates products, derivatives, and structured solutions.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition in institutional or corporate sales.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
