Work Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  (5.5-day work week)

Salary Range:
SGD 1,800 - 2,100/month (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing online orders promptly and accurately, for timely fulfilment and pick up by our logistic partners

• Picking and Packing household and children products into parcels

• Ensure orders are picked and pack correctly

• Update customers on their parcel shipping status

• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away) and general housekeeping duties.

• Operate the refilling and sealing machine for product bottling and packaging

• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

Requirements:

• NITEC, Professional Certificate, or equivalent and above
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel); experience with eWMS or ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); ability to read basic Chinese is preferred
• Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment is advantageous
• Willingness to learn, follow SOPs, and work independently
