Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning and pre-processing to ensure data quality and reliability.

• Utilise software like R and Python for data analysis (e.g., clustering, regressions) and visualisation.

• Analyse data from social media and surveys to extract meaningful insights

• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Social Science).

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in data cleaning, pre-processing and analysis using R and Python.

• Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques.

• Experience in analysing social media data and survey data.

• Familiarity with working with large corpus datasets and text analysis techniques is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
