Job Description

1. Assist to prepare the schematic design drawings for client's review and approval.
2. Assist to prepare drawings for the various stages and tender drawings.
3. Assist on submission to the relevant government authorities.
4. Undertake other tasks that may be required by Project Architect in co-ordinating technical matters.
5. Assist in the monitor of the progress of drafting works for the various projects, check and monitor the status of the various competent authorities' submission/compliance and application
6. Assist in the preparation of the necessary forms, calculations, letters and documents in other forms.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates may apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Sketchup/Revit/Photoshop
• BIM working knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
