Front desk duties

• Proactively engage with potential customers (parents/students) to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses
• Provide clear and professional answers regarding courses, teachers, fees, and other inquiries to improve conversion rates
• Arrange trial classes and follow up with participants to secure enrollments
• Participate in both online and offline marketing and enrollment activities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and referrals
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Passionate about the education industry and working with children and families
• Responsible, goal-oriented, and sales-driven
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in education or sales-related roles is preferred

Working Days and Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week) to walk-in customers
