Site Executive (Supervisor)
Job Requirement

- Location: Tuas, Transport provided in west MRT station / Transport allowance $120 if possess own transport
- Basic: $2,500 - $2,800
- Working hours: Working Hours: 5.5 Days Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
Job Requirement
- Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction)
- Supervise Work at Height Course (preferred)
- Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection (at least 1 years scaffolding experience)
- Knowledge of erecting and dismantling scaffolding, maintenance
- Knowledge of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.
- Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
- Responsible for project management of new and existing projects, liaison with customers on their specifications and schedules. To ensure that the company meets all customers' requirements.
- To ensure site's risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.
- To manage the workers/sub-con workers at project work site and inform Project Manager if there is any issue regarding to the workers or the work.
- Assist the Project Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer's people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.
- To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
- To train workers on new job/job sites requirements and the use of any new equipment's.
- To fetch workers to and from sites.
- To fetch workers to complete the task in the event of emergency activation. (After office hours)
