Position Title: Bartender

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take drink orders from customers or servers and serve drinks as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and report low stock to management.
• Operate POS system for order processing and payment collection.
• Create new cocktail recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal menus.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
