Responsibilities:

• \tCollect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.

• \tCollaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.

• \tPerform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.

• \tTo compile all non-compliance findings weekly and submit to Safety Manager

• \tConduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel

• \tReport instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.

• \tProvide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.

• \tWork closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer

• \tConduct daily TBM

Requirements:

• \tGCE 'O' Level or Nitec/Higher Nitec

• \tWSQ Advanced certificate in WSH level B is mandatory.

• \tExperience in construction safety

• \tAny additional safety-related courses will be considered a valuable bonus.

• \tMinimum 1-2 years' experience
