Primary objective
To hold the responsibility in performing the duties associated with sales growth, profit, and brand equity for one of our client in the wine industry, in South East Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines...
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Effectively drive the growth of the distribution footprint by :
- Successfully building and managing a customer base and developing effective routes to market for all channels (Retail, Ontrade, Travel retail and online) across the region;
- Undertaking appropriate marketing activities to assist with sales and brand growth, including representation at trade shows,
- Promoting sales with key accounts by conducting wine dinners, in-store demo tastings and staff trainings across South East Asia and act as a Brand Ambassador for our client's brands
- Creating brand awareness through trade marketing activations;
- Work closely with the client's customers to build and drive Joint Business Plans including set targets and marketing activation calendars
- Providing solution-driven reporting, regular feedback and updates on daily activities, consumer and trade trends, market intelligence; and
- Any other duties as required.
• Measures:
- Volume, Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT
- Customer, brand and distribution targets;
- Corrective actions identified to improve sales performance;
- Portfolio performance - sales mix, in store positioning and brand visibility;
- Effective weekly market and territory performance reporting;
- New business gained;
- Trading term efficiencies.

- Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Used to work in a foreign environment and report in English
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Wine or Spirits, FMCG, RTD or Liquor
• Sales experience and proven track record within local Wine market
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationship
- Extremely proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
