Working Location: Mountbatten Square
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm/930am to 630am (flexi)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $4500 - $6500

Job Introduction
We are a local sizeable Financial Advisory firm licensed by MAS. We are looking
for Training Manager to join our team.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Implementation and administration of various training programs for all financial advisers including classroom training and e-learning.
• Maintaining and improving management reports on advisers' regulated Training & Competency requirements.
• Ensuring all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver briefing to supervisors and advisers on any regulatory changes.
• Conduct induction training for new financial advisers.
• Review and recommend changes to improve programs.
• Assist in Training Grants/Subsidy submission

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must possess at least degree in Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
