Roles and Responsibilities:

* Assist the cook in food preparation frying, cooking soup, and kitchen tasks

* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

* Keep kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized

* Take out trash and assist with stock rotation

* Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed

* Handle any other duties assigned by Chef
