Job Summary

We're looking for candidates with an engineering background or interest in IoT solutions products to assist sales managers with technical/customer support in their projects.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering, Science, or IT.
• Passionate about sensors, instrumentation, and IoT solutions.
• Familiarity with sales processes, order tracking, and customer follow-ups.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across internal teams and engage with external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

Desirable

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Experience in engineering sales / project management will be an advantage

What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact):

• Enhance Customer Experience: Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, preparing competitive quotations, and following up to secure orders-helping us build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Streamline Sales & Logistics: Manage the sales process, from order coordination and shipment tracking to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, ensuring customers receive what they need, when they need it.
• Strengthen Business Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with customers, partners, and suppliers, contributing to long-term business success.
• Optimize Cost Efficiency: Source essential components and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, directly impacting cost savings and profitability.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee material planning, monitor supply chains, and ensure on-time availability of resources, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
• Solve Challenges Proactively: Handle customer returns and defective products by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions, improving overall service quality.
• Lead Collaborative Projects: Coordinate with internal teams (technical engineers, buyers, and production supervisors), external suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Maintain Critical Documentation: Keep accurate and organized records, including datasheets, drawings, certificates, and service reports, ensuring smooth audits and compliance.
