Job Description:
- Manage and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Plan annual sales targets and work towards achieving objectives approved by the General Manager
- Plan and execute sales promotions, supporting the General Manager in related initiatives
- Report revenue, profit & loss, and other relevant updates to the General Manager
- Communicate and implement management and business policies, as well as decisions made during meetings, to all subordinates
- Supervise and guide subordinates; plan and implement staff training and development programs
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Provide training to staff on meat cutting techniques
- Ensure product freshness and uphold high quality standards when handling goods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming at all times
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in meat butchery, including trimming, deboning, slicing, and portioning
- Proficient in wagyu meat processing techniques
- Must be able to communicate in Japanese
