Job Description

• \tMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.

• \tManage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.

• \tProcess employee expense claims, vendor invoices, and reconciliations.

• \tPrepare and record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.

• \tPerform bank, and general ledger reconciliations.

• \tPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• \tMonitor cash flow and budget preparation and forecasting.

• \tAnalyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.

• \tEnsure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.

• \tWork with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• \tManage petty cash, and reimbursements.

• \tUse accounting software to manage financial transactions efficiently.

• \tIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve accounting workflows.

Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• \tProfessional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.

• \tKnowledge of international financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

• \tFresh graduate or candidates with1 -2 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

• \tStrong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and auditing processes.

• \tAdvanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling).
