The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment funds, holds a US JD or LLM degree, and possess excellent English, and Chinese language skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide strategic legal support to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in investment funds, preferably within a law firm or financial institution.
• A US JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent proficiency in English, and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
