We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships. For fresh graduates, ample sales training will be provided. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Willing to conduct outdoor sales and outdoor meetings

Qualifications:

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive for achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
