• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, offering a warm and welcoming experience at every visit.
• Conduct professional consultations and body/skin assessments using advanced tools and techniques.
• Create tailored treatment plans to help customers reach their beauty goals - from fat-freezing to facials and beyond.
• Offer personalised recommendations on services and self-care routines.
• Track progress through photos and data, helping clients see and celebrate real results.
• Drive treatment sales through confident, empathetic consultations and consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Uphold CAL's high standards and maintain compliance with treatment protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, aesthetic treatments, and body wellness.
• Excellent communication in English and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Passionate about customer care, with a strong sense of professionalism and empathy.
• Confident, positive, and goal-driven.
• Tech-savvy enough to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
