About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced University Guidance Counselor to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing high-quality study abroad planning and application support to students and their families. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of university admissions in Commonwealth countries-such as Singapore, the UK, Australia, Canada, and Hong Kong-and be highly familiar with the application processes for private institutions in Singapore.

What You'll Do:

Personalized Study Planning: Advise students based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.

Application Guidance: Support students through every step of the university application process (undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral), including course selection, personal statements, and document preparation.

Singapore University Applications: Provide expert advice on private Singaporean institutions such as MDIS and PSB Academy.

Policy & Visa Insights: Stay up to date with international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.

Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas universities and local educational partners.

Interview & Exam Prep: Coach students for university interviews and standardized tests such as IELTS and TOEFL.

End-to-End Support: Assist with problem-solving during the application process and offer post-application services like visa guidance and pre-departure support.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 5-8 years of experience in the study abroad/education consulting industry.

✔️ Deep understanding of admissions processes for Commonwealth universities and Singapore's private higher education sector.

✔️ Proven track record in successful applications to top institutions (e.g., UK G5, HKU, NUS, NTU, etc.).

✔️ Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; strong writing and editing skills.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with students and parents alike.

✔️ Independent, proactive, and a great team player.

✔️ A genuine passion for education and a desire to keep learning and growing.
