- Attend to customer enquiries related to project requirements, product sales, and technical issues, providing timely and accurate support.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, process orders, and raise requisitions through company ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central)
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including technical documentation and pricing, and provide comprehensive post-tender support across Sales and Service functions.
- Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Source and procure spare parts required for projects and service-related tasks.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks on project deliverables at the workshop and client sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare detailed service proposals for a variety of services, including service contracts, ad-hoc services, fixed and portable equipment calibration, repair of portable instruments, and testing & commissioning (T&C) services.
- Perform site visits to conduct technical site surveys, ensuring accurate assessment of on-site conditions and client requirements if required
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sales and service-related equipment and spares to ensure optimal stock availability
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (salary will vary based on qualifications and experience)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
