Job Description:

1) To prepare accurate and concise GL reconciliation for cashless trips transactions for 3 entities.

2) Prepare and submit timely monthly schedules to internal and external parties.

3) Work closely with GL team for GL reconciliation and GL posting from IBS.

4) Responsible for any ad hoc project assignments or tasks assigned by the supervisor.

5) Cover other AR staff duties during staff absence.

6) To assist in SAP S4 Hana Users' Acceptance Test for AR and AP Functionalities.

Job Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

3) Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP system is preferred

4) Team player, good interpersonal skills, keen to learn and possess positive attitude

5) Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

6) Strong analytical skills and attention to details
