Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist the team leader with the coordination of architectural works.
- Review the working drawing, specifications and requirements. Highlight any technical issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal team (Structural and M&E) on requirements of architectural design and compliances.
- Coordinate and follow up the DAR submissions.
- Coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties.
- Arrange coordination meetings with archi contractors and prepares the minutes of discussion.
- Participates in the architectural coordination meeting with LTA and AE.
- Attend and follow up the mock-up inspection and trade demo.
- Ensure that site installation for architectural works and interfacing with other structure and E&M items are carried out in accordance to requirement.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years' relevant experience and at least 2 years LTA MRT experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with mega civil/infrastructure project.
- Ability to manage subcontractor to ensure smooth progress of architectural works
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other relevant programs.
- Able to commit to long working hours to meet tight project deadlines
