- Monday - Sunday, including Public Holidays
- 4-hour shifts: 9 AM - 1 PM or 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Minimum 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Handle Contact Centre duties, responding to customer inquiries via calls or messages
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Initiate follow-up calls to confirm details and address customer concerns efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Contact Centre, Banking, or Customer Service environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
- Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively to customers
