Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately processing cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Ensuring the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of each shift
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Speak Chinese & English

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.

Wages:

Basic wages+Commission
