Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Compensation and Benefits; including payroll, salary benchmarking / structure and etc.
• Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
• Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
• Overseeing the training and Development team.

Requirements:

• Degree in HRM or Administration.
• Min 5 years of relevant exp in Manufacturing
• Well verse in Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Able to work independently and as a team
