Responsibilities

We're looking for a Strategy Manager with strong business acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management

capability to support decision-making and drive organisational objectives.

• Lead and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals;
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, driving innovation and process improvements;
• Conduct market research and data-driven analysis, providing senior management with key business insights to support decision-making;
• Monitor business performance and investment product effectiveness, developing performance metrics for organisational-wide evaluation;
• Perform competitive analysis, mapping market trends, competitor strategies, and product positioning;
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution across departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a strategic role within the financial services sector;
• Strong understanding of the investment and fund management industry;
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to utilise data to drive strategy;
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and provide innovative solutions;
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
