- To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability of the Company.
- Monitor, measure and report on Food Court development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
- Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs.
- Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company's directions.
- Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for food & beverage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training will be provided for candidates without relevant working experience in Food & Beverage industry.
