The Singapore Regulatory Reporting team is responsible to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, compliance of local regulatory requirements and advising stakeholders on impact of and changes in local regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities:
The Singapore Regulatory Reporting team ensures timely and accurate regulatory reporting for the regulated entities in Singapore, in line with regulatory requirements, to senior management, regulators, auditors and other relevant stakeholders. The team work closely with the wider Finance teams (Country Finance Director and Business Finance) and other stakeholders (Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal etc) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of reports within his/her remit. Your key responsibilities:
The Singapore Regulatory Reporting team ensures timely and accurate regulatory reporting for the regulated entities in Singapore, in line with regulatory requirements, to senior management, regulators, auditors and other relevant stakeholders. The team work closely with the wider Finance teams (Country Finance Director and Business Finance) and other stakeholders (Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal etc) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of reports within his/her remit. The team ensures
- compliance of all regulatory requirements, and liaising with regulators and Compliance on all issues that may arise.
- prudential ratios and regulatory limits are being adhered to and proper escalation procedures are in place in case of breaches. Where relevant, providing internal information / calculations to aid in such monitoring of such limits.
- regulatory reporting (daily /weekly /quarterly/bi-annually and annually) including surveys and ad hoc requests from the regulators are accurate and submitted on a timely basis
- controls are in place and in conformity with DB Group and local regulatory reporting requirements to support timely and accurate reporting
- monitor regulatory changes and engage in consultation discussions for regulations within his/her remit and assess the impact of those changes to the bank and advise the impacted internal stakeholders.
- engage regulators to seek guidance, clarifications and to lobby for DB's cause as needed. Where relevant, he/she should also engage in industry wide discussions with peers and audit firms to determine market practice.
- advice the business on regulatory reporting requirements and regulatory implications, if any, of new business and new products
- assess the regulatory process and controls in place to ensure it continues to be fit for purpose

Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct or relevant experience in MAS regulatory reporting requirements and statistical surveys and ad hoc reports.
- Conversant with Banking and financial products (Derivatives/ FX/ Loans/ Securities etc) accounting and reporting treatment for Banks and Merchant Banks.
- Hands on experience with software / applications such as Axiom, Business Objects, MS office suites etc for financial reporting and IFRS
- Experience with large data and inter-system complexities
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance
