Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies for a wide variety of industries is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll process for multiple regions within ASEAN and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with the local payroll laws and regulations of each country; including but not limited to tax withholding, wage and hour laws
• Lead and guide a team of payroll specialists, providing training and support
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations
• Generate and analyze payroll reports
• Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. HR, finance etc to ensure smooth integration of payroll with employee records and benefits administration
• Oversee payroll systems and software
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues in a prompt manner

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource or related field
• Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience; with at least 2 years in a regional capacity
• Good working knowledge of various countries payroll laws, regulations, best practices etc
• Knowledge of HRIS system and integration with payroll software is preferred
• Able to lead change management process
