Our studio specializes in both private and small group classes, emphasizing proper form and individualized attention.

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pilates instructors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to excellence and client-centered approach to teaching.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct private, duet, and small group Pilates sessions
• Design and implement personalized training programs
• Maintain detailed client progress records
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and studio cleanliness
• Participate in regular team meetings and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive studio atmosphere
• Assist with client retention and relationship building
• Follow studio protocols and safety guidelines

Schedule:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Part-time position (to be discussed)
• Includes weekday, Saturday, and evening availability
• Flexible scheduling options available

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1 year of combined teaching experience
• (Teaching hours completed during certification programs will be considered if obtained within the past year)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work with diverse client populations
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional fitness certifications (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Classical Pilates)
• Experience with special populations (pre/post-natal, rehabilitation, seniors)
• Knowledge of additional languages (Korean, Mandarin, Japanese)
• *Ability to speak Korean will be highly valued
• Background in dance, physiotherapy, or related fields
• Previous experience in a boutique studio setting
• CPR/First Aid certification
