Our client is a leading Multitech social media company.

This role supports the Head of Case Management in APAC in relation to complex litigation cases, court testimony and affidavit, and fact finding for evidence to be used in court or litigation.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously and is able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with stakeholders.
• Conduct various document searches and factual research.
• Partner with company's internal teams during the pre-claim investigation and early case assessment phases of active matters as well as through the entire life cycle of a case.
• Partner with internal and outside legal teams to manage matters throughout the lifecycle.
• Support internal teams in driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Act as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside eDiscovery and managed review vendors and outside counsel.
• Use litigation eDiscovery applications to preserve, search, sort, and organize large amounts of electronic data.
• Assist with the development of multi-disciplinary structures, policies, procedures, processes and controls implemented to manage information at an enterprise level.
• Create and maintain internal case databases and Evidence Tracking.
• Process and triage collected company data and maintain internal data repositories.
• Maintain appropriate chain of custody and other documentation throughout the lifecycle of matters in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain review database (ie Nuix, Relativity, eDiscovery Review tools) workflow, searches and discovery production
• Be a subject matter in the litigation cases, and able to provide support on affidavits, information for court hearing and discovery and review protocols.

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree with min 5+ years relevant litigation experience in a corporate, law firm, government, or eDiscovery vendor environment.
• Experience in (1) Project Management Software, (2) eDiscovery Software (Relativity and Nuix preferred), (3) Legal Hold (Exterro), (4) Basic Coding capabilities and understanding, (5) Forensic collections of Mobile, Laptop and cloud-related software.
• The following certification(s) - Relativity (from RCA all the way to expert / master status) / Nuix Master / ACEDS certified
• Must have experience on providing written reports and factual findings for Legal team usage. Providing declaration, affidavit, testimony experience is highly sought out for.
• Experience navigating and handling confidential information, as well as working on sensitive and discreet matters.
• Persistent, highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically.
• Working knowledge of the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM) and eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Learn company's internal tooling system and adapt and design workflows for long term use of the eDiscovery team.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Analytics, Active Learning, data and document formatting, modern attachments processing and eDiscovery GenAI.
• Familiarity with Information and Data Governance in the APAC region, as well as data privacy, security and protection laws.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity.
• Should have good communication and stake holder management skills.
