• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive product adoption
• Identify and explore new marketing channels to optimise customer engagement and outreach
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue growth
• Ensure high-quality marketing content and maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms and channels
• Oversee marketing initiatives across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to engage online audiences effectively
• Support distributors and resellers with marketing collaterals to enhance product visibility and expand market reach
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data insights to make adjustments that maximise ROI
• Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall campaign performance

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• 4-5 years of B2C marketing experience with a focus on multi-channel strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and reseller dynamics, and retail channel partnership will have added advantageous
• Possess good communication, project management and interpersonal skills
