Responsibilities

• \tReporting to Chief Executive Officer

• \tResponsible for Sales region in South East Asia countries inclusive of Taiwan, Japan and Korea

• \tLeading the Sales team on concept preparation, budgeting, proposal management, negotiation and finalization of contract

• \tEstablish, develop and maintain sales strategy and business plan

-Develop sales leads and opportunities, maintain active and strong sales pipeline

- Process owner for company internal sales proces

- Coordinate and maintain all necessary activities and tasks in collaboration with headquarters

- Maintain active coordination and support other regional sales managers from different domain e.g. Logistics and Customer Support

- Responsible to transfer projects from Sales to the project team

Requirement:

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 15 years of Sales and Marketing lead role for the Asia region

- Preferred industry: Material Handling and/ or Airport

- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

- Experience in acquiring Turnkey or System Integration Projects involving mechatronics

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good understanding of commercial and contractual matters

- Adaptable in working with multi-cultures and establish relationships with internal and external customers
