Hype Media Pte. Ltd., a dynamic and growing large format printing company, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver with a Class 3 (Manual) license to join our team. The ideal candidate will also assist in the setup of stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation: Operate company-owned vans in a safe and responsible manner.
   Ensure the careful handling of both workers and print materials during transit.
2. Installation Support: Assist the installation team in setting up stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.
   Provide support as needed, ensuring the timely completion of installation projects.
3. Delivery Schedule:Execute daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
   Communicate effectively with the management team for any updates or changes.
4. Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the assigned van.
   Report any mechanical issues promptly to the management team.
5. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, completed orders, and installation work.
   Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.
• Ability to assist in the installation of stickers, banners, posters, and signages.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

After-Hours Policy:The company vehicle is to be left at the company premise after work hours.
