Job Description:

The Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role will manage the accounting team, develop internal controls, prepare budgets, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, etc.)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, CPF contributions, and statutory filings

• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and GIRO/IBG payments

• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Conduct internal audits and improve financial procedures

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies

• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Support senior management with financial data and analysis

• Implement and maintain accounting systems and software

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations

• Experience with CPF submissions, GST, and IRAS requirements

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
