Experience & Skills:

• At least 2 years in a similar role or prior work experience in vet industry;
• Handle reception duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing and responding to inquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email;
• Client and pets interaction;
• Assist vets by providing care for pets;
• Ensure the clinic remains clean and hygienic.
