Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcome with Warmth: Greet, escort, and engage guests with genuine hospitality
• Lead Service Excellence: Oversee dining setup, cleanliness, and service readiness
• Resolve with Confidence: Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Manage Flow: Coordinate reservations and seating smoothly during peak hours
• Team Support: Mentor and guide service staff to uphold top-notch standards
• Partner with Leadership: Work alongside Assistant Managers to elevate team performance

✅ What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / F&B Management (preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant F&B experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts
