To maintain sophisticated animatronic, audiovisual, and IT systems for an immersive themed exhibition in Singapore

Position Overview

We're seeking detail-oriented, proactive individuals to join our team as Animatronics, AV & IT Maintenance Technicians. This role focuses on ensuring all technical systems for our immersive exhibition operate reliably and at peak performance.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Work Experience:Experience in technical maintenance, repair, or installation roles
  Background in audiovisual equipment setup and maintenance
  Experience with projector systems and blending techniques
  Hands-on experience with electronic or mechanical systems
  IT support background is a plus
• Technical Skills:Basic understanding of electronics, mechanics, or programming
  Knowledge of sound systems integration
  Troubleshooting ability for technical equipment
  Computer and network troubleshooting skills
• Essential Qualities:Strong proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
  Ability to anticipate issues before they become problems
  Quick learner who can adapt and learn on the job
  Methodical approach to troubleshooting
  Self-motivated to acquire new technical skills
  Excellent documentation habits
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Scope

• Conducting site opening procedures and pre-checking all equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
• Escalating complex issues when unable to resolve independently
• Performing site closing and lockup procedures
• Maintaining detailed logs of all maintenance activities and issues
• Supporting the operation of interactive exhibits featuring animatronic figures
• Ensuring proper functioning of special effects systems and projection mapping
• Maintaining magical atmosphere elements and themed interactive displays
• Supporting the technical aspects of interactive experiences throughout the exhibition

Learning Requirements

• Develop understanding of how all exhibition equipment operates
• Learn how software interfaces with and controls the equipment
• Create and implement preemptive maintenance planning
• Perform reactive maintenance as needed
• Utilize available downtime during work hours for self-learning and skill development

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week with rotating days off
• Work days include Monday through Sunday and public holidays
• Exhibition operates 7 days a week
• Two shifts:Morning shift: 8:30am to 4:00pm
  Evening shift: 3:30pm to 11pm
• Occasional night maintenance requirements (approximately once per month)
• Must be available to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
