Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,100
• Gross Salary (incl. allowances, bonuses, OT pay, etc.): Up to $4,000++
• Sign-On Bonus: 1 month's base salary (paid as a lump sum upon confirmation)
• Additional benefits: Night shift allowance, optional

Location: South Singapore
Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week
• Rotational shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night
• Extra night shift allowance $$ (optional)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests promptly
• Greet guests with a warm smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Organize and manage seating arrangements efficiently and fairly
• Personalize guest experiences by remembering names and special occasions
• Share guest preferences and special requests with Captains and Server Attendants to ensure smooth service
• Thank guests upon departure and maintain guest profiles for future visits
• Collect and pass valuable guest feedback to Managers for continual service improvement
• Assist with other tasks as required by the supervisor
