⏳ Contract Details
- Contract Period: 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026 (12 months)
- Extension Option: 1 July 2026 - 31 December 2027 (18 months), subject to the Authority's discretion.
- Working Hours:
️ Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
️ Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
Note: Service not required on weekends or public holidays.
Scope of Services
Logistical and Administrative Support
Science Department:
- Prepare materials/resources for activity-based lessons (e.g., setting up equipment for demonstrations and experiments).
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of Science rooms (e.g., clearing set-ups after lessons).
- ️ Maintain lab equipment, conduct stock-taking, and keep records updated.
Aesthetics Department:
- ️ Prepare art materials for P1 & P2 PAL Visual Art lessons (e.g., collating materials).
- Perform stock-taking of musical instruments and Aesthetics equipment.
Administrative Support
- ️ Provide administrative support at the front counter during peak hours (recess and dismissal).
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O-level education.
Skills:
- Meticulous, organized, with excellent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in schools.
