Job Description:

Are you passionate about Japanese culture, anime, and travel? We, EU Holidays is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Tour Apprentices for our Japan programs.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, assist in leading culturally immersive tours, and explore Japan - all while receiving training and mentorship. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support experienced tour leaders during travel programs in Japan
• Learn about itinerary planning, customer service, and on-ground operations
• Assist in engaging tour participants and sharing cultural insights
• Contribute to content creation and storytelling for our social media platforms
• Participate in wellness, cultural, and local food exploration activities as part of the tour experience

Requirements:

• Passion for Japanese culture, travel, and people engagement
• Friendly, energetic, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with basic digital tools and social media platforms
• Able to travel overseas for extended periods during the program
• No prior experience required - training and guidance will be provided
