➢ Organise and optimise the operational planning and execution of works, based on
the (internal and external) client's needs and in line with the contract, project plan
and budget, in order to contribute to efficient realisation of project activities within
QHSE-S standards and within time and budget.
➢ Translate overall Project Plan to a planning for the operational activities within the
project, ensure the availability of the required means and adjust planning if
required.
➢ Organise and ensure the overall execution of the operations, coordinate the works
on site, advise on improving project execution, in line with operational planning,
budget and QHSE-S standards.
➢ Monitor the performance of the work, quality of the work and relevant KPI's and take
countermeasures when necessary, in line with the applicable guidelines and
procedures.
➢ Organise the logistics within the scope of own operational area of responsibility in
cooperation with Technical Department and other relevant stakeholders.
➢ Evaluate and report on the project phases and end results of the project, analyse
non-conformities and complaints and make proposals for improvement.
➢ (Co)develop, implement, optimise and/or continuously improve work processes,
productions and working methodologies.
➢ Keep up-to-date with contract specifications regarding quality, planning and budget,
ensure necessary contract administration and signal deviations, risks and
opportunities in the contract and in project execution according to contractual
agreements.
➢ Comply with QHSE-S objectives and ensure QHSE-S compliance and works
execution in line with these objectives, and take corrective and preventive measures
if necessary, as well as draw proposals for improvement.
➢ Plan, lead and develop project members, assure adequate training of personnel.
Requirements:
• Primarily site-based with occasional office work.
• Willingness to work in remote or offshore locations as required.
• Occasional travel may be required for project-related activities

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Marine Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in offshore/marine construction/Civil Engineering or heavy infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of QHSE-S standards and operational project execution
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, technical teams, and clients
- Strong analytical, planning, and leadership abilities
- Willing to work in remote/offshore project locations and travel as required
