Whether you're passionate about K-pop, Korean street food, or historical palaces - this role offers a hands-on learning experience in the travel industry, with training and travel support included.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior tour leaders during guided tours across cities like Seoul, Busan, and Jeju
• Learn essential tour planning, group management, and customer service skills
• Help engage travellers with fun, informative storytelling about local attractions
• Support content creation efforts (e.g., photos, short videos, trip highlights)
• Participate in cultural, culinary, and local discovery activities with tour guests

Requirements:

• Interest in Korean culture, travel, and interacting with people
• Outgoing, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using social media or basic digital tools
• Able to travel overseas for extended periods during training and tours
• No prior experience needed - suitable for fresh grads or career switchers
