• To perform administrative work, maintain proper filling, prepare reports, documents
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and work closely with the operations team and clinics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal departments, clinics, and clients to bring about optimal processes for the benefit of patients and the organization
• Assist the Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
• Assist to new application set-up and renewal of licenses - NEA and other licensing
• To support clinics and monitor their adherence to HQ internal control procedures/SOPs.
• Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations team
Applicant Considerations:
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
• Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years' working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated experience in managing and building relationships with varied stakeholders
• Strong learning and problem-solving capability
• Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced environment
• Good written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- o Record and maintain Doctors' case logs.
- o Prepare tax invoices for billing to hospitals and clinics
- o Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals/clinics
- o Verify discrepancies and resolve hospital's/ clinic's billing issues
- o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.
